Workspace users may upload or sync customer, invoice, payment, and outreach records. We also process account details, authentication events, request logs, billing identifiers, and support messages.
How data is used
Data is used to operate receivables workflows, generate reports, enforce account limits, provide support, secure the service, and maintain billing and compliance records.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, database, payment, email, and logging providers only as needed to run the service and support customer workspaces.
Retention and access
Workspace data is retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
