Include your workspace slug, the page you were using, the approximate time of the issue, and any request ID shown by the app or support team.
Billing recovery
If a subscription payment fails or a workspace is on the wrong tier, support can review the Stripe record and apply a manual admin correction when appropriate.
Production incidents
For urgent access or data issues, include impact, affected workspace, and whether the issue blocks imports, reports, billing, or sign-in.
